- Plans are paid in two milestones on Contra. Each one is funded before its phase starts and held in escrow until you approve it. Express is paid upfront, and the Retainer is invoiced at the start of each month.
- Who pays the fees?
- You pay the card processing fee shown at checkout. Modular pays the Contra platform fee.
- Can we get a discount?
- One per project, on plans: 25% for YC teams within 24 months of Demo Day, 20% if you are in an accelerator, raised in the last 12 months or were referred.
- How does Express work?
- You pay 100% upfront, held in escrow on Contra until you approve; paying reserves the next start date. The clock starts with your brief: copy, assets and access within 7 days, or your payment stays as credit for 60 days. Two rounds of changes, with 48 h to reply each round; five business days of silence counts as approved. Full refund before we start or if the first version is late. Off-brief, we redo it once.
- What time zone do you work in?
- Argentina hours (GMT-3), and José shifts an hour to overlap with yours. If async suits you better, we work that way.
